Absences - Absence notes must be received in writing from a parent/guardian within  5 days of an absence.  Please send all attendance correspondence to: fqmsabsence@hcpss.org

Late Arrivals - Please make sure your child is accompanied into the building by either an adult or a note explaining the reason for the late arrival.

Early Dismissal - If you have to take your child out of school early, please send your child in with a note for the front office or please call in advance. You MUST present your driver’s license when you arrive.  A work ID is not valid.

Picture Retake Day is Monday, November 15 in the morning.  If your child was absent, they will have their picture taken on Monday. If you need a retake, please have your child bring their picture envelope with them in order to get a retake. If you have any questions about your pictures or orders, please call Lifetouch at 800-736-4753.

Report Card Access: Parents/guardians had access to view report cards as of 5 p.m. on November 10. Parents/guardians may view/download report cards by taking the following steps:

Log in to HCPSS Connect Synergy using parent/guardian credentials

  • Select More Options from the left panel
  • Select Report Cards from the middle
  • Select the report card you wish to access

Please encourage your children to take a look on the Lost and Found cart and rack for missing items.  They are located outside the cafeteria.  Any unclaimed items will be donated to the needy after November 23rd. Thank you.
