Hearing/Vision Screening - February 16
The Howard County Health Department and HCPSS School Health Services will provide a Hearing/Vision screening at FQMS on Thursday, February 16, for 8th grade students and for students who are new to the state of Maryland this school year. For more information on the screening, please see the attached letter.
The Hearing/Vision rescreening date will take place on Monday, February 27.
Procedures/Forms for Health Room medications
If your child will require medications to be stored in the health room, the medication and the accompanying completed medication order must be brought to the health room by a parent/legal guardian. Blank medication order forms can be found on the HCPSS website:
