Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for November 24-26, 2025 and will be held in-person on Monday, November 24th and virtually on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 25th-26th. From Friday, November 7th at 8:00am, through Thursday, November 20th at 4:00pm, parents/guardians can log into HCPSS Connect to view and select available time slots to meet with teachers.
The purpose of this conference window is to allow parents/guardians the opportunity to meet with staff to discuss general student progress. Accordingly, each conference slot is 15 minutes long and will be conducted in-person on Monday and through google meets (virtually) on Tuesday and Wednesday. If you have a pressing concern, you are strongly encouraged to contact the teacher to discuss it outside of the conference window. Synergy Conference Management allows users to schedule time with individual teachers. We do not recommend scheduling your conferences back-to-back (on Monday) as you will lose meeting time while walking to each conference. Please plan to give yourself a 15 minute break in between conferences on Monday.
To permit access to our staff by all parents with interest, we ask that parents schedule conferences only for those classes for which there are concerns. Unlike your experience in elementary school, middle level educators do not have a slot for each and every student. So, please be strategic about who you’d like to see and mindful of the need for your neighbors to have the same access.

Register for a Conference
- Log into HCPSS Connect
- In the Navigation pane, select Conference and click the Parent Scheduled Conferences link
- Select a time option for each class listed. The conference will be saved automatically. Once you select a time option, all other time options for that class will become unavailable.
- To select a different time option, clear the first checkbox and select a new option.
- To remove a conference selection, select the blank option at the top of the time slot drop down menu to remove the conference for that section.
- If you have more than one child, select the next child in the banner across the top.

NOTE: Keep in mind the conference times you selected for your first child when selecting conference times for any additional children.
Viewing Your Conference Schedule
- In the Navigation Panel, select Conference Scheduling > View My Conference Schedule.
- Click the View My Conference Schedule link. A page displays listing all of the conferences for your child.
NOTE: You can also create a Parent Teacher Conference appointment from this screen.
