PTSA NEWSLETTER (11/02/2025)
Dear Folly Quarter Community:
I want to take a moment to thank our parents and community members who volunteered for our first Folly Future Fest on Friday. There were so many careers featured and I hope your student came home sharing interest in a future career or learned many career choices. Thank you, Pauline Baek, career advisor, and Olivia Geiger, counseling intern for organizing the Folly Future Fest!
Additionally, our students participated in the PINKtober fun run and commUNITY building activities on Friday. Thank you, Tori Sharp, John Eckstrom and JoEllen Fusco for organizing the fun run! Thank you Allie Downey for organizing the entire day with the help of Emy Coonts, student services team, and the entire staff who ALL created activities, participated, and led community building opportunities for our school. It was a fantastic day!
Parent-teacher conferences sign-up opens this Friday at 8:00 AM, more information will be shared in a later email. I hope you and your family had a wonderful weekend.
Thank you for sending us your best,
Mike Babe

FQMS Book Fair is Coming!
Mark your calendars—the Book Fair will be held in the Media Center from November 3–7. Students will have the chance to browse and shop during the school day, and we’ll also have extended family hours on Wednesday, November 5, from 5–8 PM so parents and guardians can join in the fun. It’s a wonderful opportunity to encourage reading while supporting our school. Sign Up Here to volunteer at the Book Fair—this event will not be possible without you!
